The NOHODECA program aims to hone our members writing, test taking, and speaking abilities to prepare them for DECA competitions, however NOHODECA’s further empowers students by developing their skills to not only succeed in DECA but also be able to apply their knowledge to the real world. Members will develop confidence, leadership, and ingenuity skills as a result of training for conferences and events. Most importantly, members will be able to create a pathway for networking between themselves and private business owners and major company that they meet at conferences. Events are an excellent way to provide a gateway between students’ education and their career.
